Looks like selling the building well above book value hasn't done their share price any favours. Very few shares on both the buy and sell sides, and trades happening around $0.545. I've picked up a couple of small parcels recently and will continue to do so if prices stay around these levels. The first half results were quite a bit better than pcp and I expect a pretty reasonable full year (maybe around 10c/share?).

Anyway, the big thing is still the volume expansion expected over the next few years. If they can achieve the product build and sales levels they expect and not reduce margins by too much, then the patient shareholder should be rewarded.
