    It will oscillate $16.00 to $16.70 until the 2013 result is confirmed. The stock will then spike as the punters see the full year forecast validated. BUT once the numbers are pulled apart, in particular the cash position and the receivables in the Middle East, I expect it to head rapidly to $14 and beyond.
