Love the way some folk lay it all out, as if the market is rational. What about sentiment! And who really knows when it will change - it is not something you can time or benchmark IMO.

Bought into AVB years ago and strangely, am still ahead even after GFCII and "end of mining boom". Was lucky with my entry timing as most my other small caps are languishing, including energy stocks- because they're "miners". Rational?

But the wheel turns and if you want to play silly buggers trading and kid yourself that you can pick them with charts - knock yourself out. Me - I'll merrily wait this one out as it comes together. Not that much spec in this now - just wrong sentiment, but that will change. And reckon the timing on that will be handy too.
