Just comparing the December 2013 quarterly report with the two previous years and cost cutting has helped in regards to staff costs and advertising & marketing.

Hard to compare on the other working capital though as the majority of this is feedstock which will increase as the quantity of fish increase.

Also given it is a cashflow report any change in timing can impact comparisons.
