that is one of the first times I agree with her.
The Australia Day phenomenon really only commenced in 1994 and we should have considered it better.
It might be the anniversary of the first fleet but Australia Day? We can do better and to change it when we become a republic makes good sense and offends no one whilst uniting the country as a whole.
