re: Ann: Acquisition of mig33 social entertai... GM notice should come out Mid March so we'll definitely hear more on the details by then - long process ahead - at least 4 months before/if the HOA becomes binding - better than the horrible Tanzanian Gold project anyway.

I began buying into LAT some years ago thinking it was primed for a backdoor listing, especially given the potential cash kitty at the time and that Middlemas/Pearce was circling. It died an awful death so perhaps this is the best bet for shareholders as an entity atm, given the bio/tech spec market has become fashionable again.

We'll see I suppose - this one is very cheap when compared to others of the same ilk atm, assuming all goes ahead as planned.

I can't believe it really.
