As long as this company is invloved in two legal battles that both have the potential to disembowel the roo I do not see any business progress. The key to shareholders prosperity is quite simple. Bayan management has to solve the legal dispute with White and Kangaroo managers must solve theirs with former company advisors. As long as these risks are present Bayan will never ever transfer any further equity component to the Roo, IMO.
