    My read - Aurizon are asking too much.

    AGO say screw that lower the price or we'll truck it.

    Aurizon say screw that we'll lobby the govt to make it more expensive to truck.

    Therefore, if successful, Aurizon get their deal without losing their margin.

    Good negotiating if it works. Hope it doesn't.
