As a bit of a novice in these things, can someone explain to me what the possible negatives are for a small holder such as myself to not sell ahead of the cut off date? My thinking was that if I hold I may be around for a sweetener and if that doesn't come, my packet will just be compulsorily acquired at the same price I would be selling them for anyway. Is there a chance I could end up getting less for my shares than than the already proposed acquisition price?
