    Previous recent CR's have usually been presented as a SPP. This announcement has no mention of a SPP. Just have to wait a see this CR is targeted at a sophisticated investor. We all expected the SP has been held back by concerns of funding so maybe punters will show more interest in VLA once this CR is finally done.IMO
