    The last 10 days have seen around 5% of outstanding shares traded (40M of 800M), so it could simply be that an investor has decided to buy a few percent of DTE on market, and they stopped buying once they reached their target percentage.

    It will be interesting to see if there is a "Becoming a substantial holder" or "Change in Substantial Holding" announcement in the next day or two.
