I couldnt care less what someone thinks or has had happen to them. My family over many decades and myself have never lost a cent in the property game, I don't know, maybe it's the fact we buy for a long term view, in the right place and for the right price?
Back in the 80's ppl never would've thought property would be worth what it is today so maybe those not in the market need to consider where they want to be in 20-40 years time?
Renting like a peasant or owning something and having something to leave your children when you kick the bucket?
