Passers by and street workers (in yellow) intervene to stop police arresting a man for the crime of walking down the street with an orange hat.
It is not a dramatic or violent video but illustrates the spontaneous resolve of the people of Kiev when faced with obvious injustice by the forces of the state.
Those brave passers by certainly saved orange hat man from a severe beating in one of Kiev's police stations as that is the fate of everyone arrested these days.
You don't have to be Ukrainian to be proud of Kiev's citizens.
