I'm out of shv completely now and only hold a few stocks generally.
I wanted to still hold but am settling on a nice piece of real estate next month, so its more a personal call, this gives me a bigger deposit and recycles capital.
Management can deliver a lot on this one and no reason why stock price won't keep going in near or long term, except for my concerns for broader market which needs a correction. Shv itself now trades on Pe15 last years profit.....thats not alarming in itself as this year will be an improvement and the broader market is on high valuations....but its not cheap
Best wishes to all. I'll start looking for the next diamond to polish up once my finances stabilise. I have one significant position only now.
