I should justify my reasoning for my above quote.

There's no way Heathgate would retrench a heap of contractors now based on a "what if we lose" scenario at court. They would wait until the event.

Reducing the amount of contractors now tells me that there is a high possibility that ownership circumstances have changed (ie reduction of % owned). If this happened, obviously it would mean reduced responsibility from HG/Q's end, ie less staff they are required to employ as AGS would be responsible for more.

If I were Cainsy, a phone call to AGS management looking for employment might be a good start this morning. As we all know, often an employee will leave one company and then appear on the same job site with a different logo on his work shirt and continues his job like nothing has happened.
