Fair enough what you guys are saying, we do need the money, but we don't know what it may cost us yet!
I think they may asking for more than just being reinstated.
Anyway I think we need to start with a clean slate, maybe ERM may encourage other investors if we get rid of the past.
I just want the company to get on with business and stop wasting money on lawyers .
If Wharf are genuine about things I think they should just be happy with the status quo of before and lets get on drilling, no more side issues.
More drilling will do wonders for the share price, nothing else.
