    If your still in Melrose, I believe the lease is available for the bottom pub ! (Mt Remarkable Hotel/Motel) - nice little pre-retirement gig. Around the $240K mark by memory.

    Used to live and work there, beautiful little town. Do you know where Terka is ?

    Digressing, Just an opinion, but I honestly think peeps should proceed with caution.
