They would like $300M-500M for it in an outright sale but very unlikely - IMO they will just offer NEC as an IPO on SGX with proceeds flowing to TI6 as much needed cash to survive another year .... how desperate they are for the money will be depending on oil production figures of course. Maybe NEC sale /demerger will be off the table if cashflow is sufficient to wait till the coal market swings back to favour.
