This CDU story is very much like a soap opera with so many twists and turns.

The DFS is a waste of money story was always a good one. The funny thing is that the money was spent to do virtually all the work for the DFS. By not issuing the end result, that money was certainly wasted as far as holders are concerned as it was spent but holders didn't get the benefit of seeding the result.
