The daunting schedule for the CA stretches into the distant future. Heaven knows what the economic climate will be like when it is finally concluded. Pessimism is rife on alternative web sites which believe that another GFC is just around the corner. I'm inclined to believe that they are probably right although in the past these sources have never forecast the exact date of such misfortunes. Here's an example of the gloom:
