    we make about 10 litres at a time with a sachet and milk in our café in a bowl suspended in a crockpot of warm water kept at the exact temperature for 12 hours.
    lasts about 3 days mainly used as a side spread for cakes.
    Also can get different syrups like passionfruit to add to the yoghurt for serving as a breakfast meal with muesli.
