If you look at my past posts i have said the same thing as you.
I agree that something fishy is going on and can see ''You know who'' making a hostile bid. At say $2.50- 3.00 a good premium on current SP but still cheap as chips.
Mate if it was me I would be doing the same thing to this company. Look at it as tenderising before you eat.
They would aquire this company easily at 2.50. Majority of holders in under this amount.
You are also on the mark re other purchases recently. They are on the prowl and think of the politics behind a purchase of BTA.
This large pharmaceutical could become the saviour of mankind lock stock and barrell. Worth a few browny points in the big picture.
Rate this takeover at 80 % before end of March 2006
