re: Ann: NDA signed with potential US distrib... I was always thinking they would target north American oil and gas industry especially after hiring CFO from that industry and area. Now this Kelley group that specialists in dealing with state and federal governments. "Federal budget" what an excellent partner to try and obtain some of that trillion dollars worth of repair work for Uncle Sam. It's a pretty picture at the moment.
