Iei88: He is sure because expenditure is greater than income and the cookie jar is almost empty. THe present cash flow is unsustainable. Who would lend this mob any money? The only way out is a CR, a white knight (benevolent take over), a rapid and decisive increase in the basket price or sadly, euthanasia (the last being the most probable).
I can see how some people let their emotions get the better of them and say things that cause them to be suspended.
