Nando doesn't seem tortured. With the overall bias heavily towards ramping, I value contrary points of view which help keep the balance. You don't need to be biased towards the positive to have valid input.
If everyone with a positive bias was silent there wouldn't be much being said about MAD (or most companies) around here.
