I have just been looking at some of the old announcements from ORE.
They make very interesting reading. Their flagship Lithium project has many similarities to what RWD is proposing to do.
The capex is around $220M with significant debt. The construction of 4.2 square Km of ponds was completed on budget and in a reasonable time frame. Up to 400 jobs at one point in time.
Having read this stuff I reckon 2016 is definitely possible if MR can secure backers.
