Good post. The big (and only question here) to determine a sell at this time is how will they get the cash injection? Production is heading into the right direction, extremely slowly. The performance of the LAMP has not been satisfactory to date. There is no doubt they will need a cash injection in the coming months.
Also your comment about cash costs is incorrect as the report is misleading. "Lynas continues to consider and implement measures to reduce its production costs and the Company reiterates cash cost guidance of $14-15/kg REO at a 22,000tpa REO production rate." It's $14-15 per kg at 22,000tpa. No where in the report does it state the current production cost based on what's actually produced (please correct me if I am wrong).. Based on the cash-flow report I'd say productions costs are much higher. Unfortunately I feel like the report fails to provide us with adequate information.
The only highlight for me was under the "Customer visit at the LAMP".
