thoughts on hd and pbt2

Let me start off by saying that I am in no way a specialist in NeuroChemistry/Biology.

I would like the following assumptions to end up being facts.

1)I am assume that PBT2 is indeed a sensor protein.
2)I assume that the 8-hydroxyquinlonine geometry will be used in place of which ever geometry already exists.
3)I am also going to make one last assumption, that the sensor protein does indeed act on the DNA and allows the production of the correct form of protein to be manufactured (non misfolded). I base this on the higher order Geometric structure so that whatever had the effect on the so called mutant HDD gene loses its ability to continue in that sequence/fashion.

Wishful Thinking Perhaps......
