Yes Coca Cola bought SPC sometime back and brought in high flyers & bonuses with nfi and killed it just like, Boral and CHH killed the well established local timber & panel board industry and many others who raped grass root industries.
Capitalism and free market is the right way to go in industrial policies but has to be 'American Style' which is ‘America is dedicated to Free market as long as it suits America" with tax maneuverings etc. We tend to have blind faith ,be academic and politically correct in these matters.
