RVR & SRV I think we need to step back and recall the roles of the board and CEO. (And note above that I no longer support NC as chair and haven't for some time.)
The broad comms policy will be determined by the board and implemented by the CEO and his team.
The policy appears to be even less SH friendly than in NCs time as CEO. I think it's appalling.
On the tech side I don't know if EN is doing a good job, none of us really understand the challenges of getting this monolith up and running.
But I'm pretty sure that a panic change at this critical time will do much more harm than good, whoever replaces him.
