For those wanting a DFS I think they are not looking at the facts of the matter when it comes to CDU.

CuDeco Management have stated many times since 2007 that the DFS is not necessary, and Management propose keeping the savings therefrom for other important avenues in the development of Rocklands.

Why issue a DFS when CuDeco Management can raise funds at a premium to the market.

I am prepared to bet it will be a DSO rather than a DFS that comes to the fore.
