Mryeh, I confess, I have to agree with your thoughts, at least partially. They want the mine but they aren't miners, so that just leaves off take. Maybe they think that by playing for time and hoping CNQ fall over, they will get an increased off take. I just hope Jim isn't too naive to see this.
