You need to read between the lines here. The company sounds like they are going to wait until the state election is resolved. Either way, and I'm no political pundit, but the way people are lining up with bats to beat SA labor, you could be seeing a new govt in place.

A project the size and scale of hillside will surely be affected by a transition of govt.

The question is would a change in govt have a beneficial impact on this project? Likely - Yes?

Still can appreciate as a holder of other stocks when companies make promises they don't keep, especially something as big as a BFS.
