pallister sells more than 30 million shares Rock
What is your opinion on Pallisters latest selling.
According to the report released today Pallister has recently sold a total of 42 million shares, plus he has the right to buy 20 million options at 6.6c.
Pallister has been privately selling shares on the open market in September and November (over $1 million worth), and not one person has mentioned this ?
Why was Pallister selling all of these shares when "at the time" it was announced that Thornley was coming on board with $4 million............is that what you call selling the news !
I also find it interesting that Pallister dumped $560k onto the market at around 42c on the 7th of November 2005 .....exactly 2 days before the ASX query in regards to fall in share price (brought on by the fraud charges against him).................is it just me or does that seem VERY wrong ?
