RHTs high was 11.5c. But it's crazy to take any company's high and use that to argue that it's a pump and dump just because it's retraced from that high. I've never seen a share price that continues to rise day after day. I've never seen a stock being re-rated that hasn't had significant pullbacks along the way.
I'm not really sure what you mean by a 'fundamentalist' stock. I personally like it fundamentally but any stock that trades large percentages on decent volume is also a great trader's stock. RHT has proven to be that of late and there's always a number of ways to skin a cat. It may be that good traders make just as much out of this as fundamentalists that hold on for a long time. Mey, I'm not a great trader, so I tend to hold and trade portions to reduce risk.
