S.L. They are doing the CR BEFORE the ann so that their S.I.s, who made a killing on the last one will do so again and will support them again when they need them next.

The S.I.s made about 25% last time in a bit more than a week, if the next ann is as good as good as we expect, they are probably looking at 100% this time.
Much harder to make that sort of percentage FROM .02 AFTER the ann.
