    1 SI sold out on the spike
    2 SI are excepting 100%

    I am classified as a SI , and I have participated in raisings that have worked out great , average and poor .

    Don't assume the SI involvement = success.
    The placement to SI is often pursued as it is quick and doesn't require the disclosure and time a normal raising does
