saw a shorts summary today and Atlas sits at 17 with about 80mill open positions. A total of 912m shares on issue with the top 20 shareholders holding 512m shares and i would assume in longer positions. Maybe i'm way out with my look at this but that leaves 400m shares with 80m open short positions, no wonder this cannot get out of the trenches. One thing for sure a rail deal or a surprise announcement will have a lot scabbing and a spike in the price.
