Its being shifty, mischievous and callous to imply like Abbott that its worker entitlements at the root of the SPC Ardmona issue. Dr Sharman Stone and the company itself have made it clear that the bull from Abbott is just that, absolute bull, just like that which you are putting forward.
The dries in wanting to smash worker renumeration and conditions are in effect wanting a return to Work Choices with even harsher measures then applied under Howard's Work Choices. Now it is a core promise of Abbott and and the Coalition that Work Choices was dead and buried and if he breaks that promise you can be certain it will be the coalitions electoral fortunes that will become dead and buried.
As an aside if you believe the average income of SPC workers of under $50k a year is outrageous then you obviously receive far less given your jealousy of those workers. If thats the case I feel sorry for you receiving way way under the average earnings of most workers. Best you join a union then and have them negotiate a fair wage for you.
