    Hi healyn,

Great discussion here and I think it has a lot of bearing to the objectives of the ERM/new board to revisit the B sands.

I was and still am sceptical as you guys have bought out that WHY the old board PANDERED around to what they perforated and forget for a while what else was in the well.

You take it that the RG 1 has
    Cadda
    A sands
    Coaly Units
    B sands
    Intra C shale
    Basal C Shale Units
    D sands

All of these intervals are gas and condensate bearing to reasonable levels of GAS SHOWS except for the Basal C shale interval which is OIL bearing and this is the reported OIL COLUMN many asked about but never really touched on by the old board.

There is so much potential here its not funny and WOULD you drain ALL THIS from the one well depleting it from zone to zone before the next target. Consider if you in the short term if viable drill a few more wells to the various intervals and produce from all of them at the same time into a larger plant.

The report on the OIL COLUMN at the Basal Shale interval says its a very good oil, read it. To me this interval definitely would want a well of its own to extract the oil, again if was in a viable commercial quantity.

The B sands, well what can you say.??? Gas readings of 1500, 921 and 924 units is so much greater than the D sands 510 units highest reading. Honestly its a monster 56mtrs compared to the D sands 18 Mtrs and extremely highly charged 2-3 times greater.

I really think that the B sands production would be a great candidate for an unconventional well. Anyone here think that the B sands will flow 12Mcuft or MORE.?? What would you think if it could flow 20+Mcuftpd???? Ha Ha, it might need a plant on its own.

Honestly. I cant think of the old boards reasoning why the RG1 was not put to its full potential straight out. Look at the attention it would have received from other oilies, more JVs if desired or would it put further fears to a TO. I think that was on the lesser end of the scale of possibilities with 2 wells and then to "dispose" of the Canning Basin assets.

Wonder what RG 1 B sands are going to show, big news if its far more than the D sands and watch the SP. HMMM better get a few.
