I think the share value is as one would imagine close to double the exiting S/P.
The future now is in the hands of the management to use exiting assets and build on that.
This will take time as all things do.
but at around 3.00 u would have to buy even one would imagine with the bad sentiment u have to think that the balance of value to share price should move closer together.
