texas your reading too much into todays ann.
the 30million shares he sold on market had a market value of around $2m in total. as a condition of selling, he will be buying $4m at .35 - therefore he's reinvesting the $2m anyway.
even forget about that for a minute.
anybody in his position would be tempted to sell a little of what your holding, especially if you bought at 2c and could sell in the .30-.40 range. he his only selling down a small percentage of what he owns, as he still has 150million odd shares in escrow- also who cares about 20m options at .066 when he holds over 150m at .02? call it a safety net.
dont worry about the transactions hes making apart from the $4m he is buying at .35, also pay more attention to the other ann that basically says china is theirs.
this guy is switched on and is still heavily involved in negotiations on behalf of qtk, take it as fact. his resignation means nothing.
