I agree with you on the loan notes ,these should at least be offered to shareholders ( with a min. buy in ) If they go down the route and agree to sell the 70 mil. to an US Entity , would this need to be approved or they have already received approval.
Check some of the current holders of notes and there links back .
It feels like we have spent all afternoon decorating the Church hall, but are not getting invited to the party,
