the fact that someone knows how to survive in a big oil company, does not mean that they know how to run a junior oil company and all that goes with it like raising funds, doing deals,communicating with shareholders, and growing the company.
Next time the Board and major shareholders need to find an experienced oilman that has grown a very small company into a larger and successful producing company.
They must not hire an entrepreneurial wheeler dealer person that has no oil industry qualifications.That always ends up in tears,....just like before Eve.
