It will be interesting to see if this tenement will be released by the DMITRE as an Exploration Release Area (ERA) and gazetted to Trafford in the next few months. Valence industries (VXL) are a very recently listed Graphite company, they hope to be producing around 50000 tonnes of graphite a year, commencing production later this year after upgrading a plant which was operational in the early 90's. The worldwide graphite price is around $1400 a tonne, and VXL hope to have production costs of around $600 a tonne. Graphite stocks have been a star sector in the last year for those explorers hitting large grades. Lamboo Resourses (LMB) in South Australia have had a large spike in the SP in recent weeks.


TRF holders should be watching these developments with interest. Future Outlook for graphite worldwide remains very strong.
