I once saw a documentary on K Parkard. This current SP manipulation somewhat mimics his tactics. With the recent news, an upward charge has been earned; but is being obviously constrained. This my friends is business.
Whoever is doing the constraining has his/her/its finger on the pulse and only they know how long to keep it there; but by June one would hope the SP would double+.
