The one billion shares is in itself a big problem, because Otto is a penny stock and many fund managers disregard penny stocks, they think that with such a SP Otto is only an oïl explorer...
I asked them to reconsider the situation and I suggested a reverse split, say one new for ten old. I had no answer...
