My comment was not meant as a criticism, just highlighting that in my opinion the bearish view is a minority view, you may turn out to be right, but in any market minority views are usually attacked/criticised by the mainstream participants, this is normal market psychology.
I agree with you that property is overvalued, but the mainstream participants are still buying, and thus they believe they will achieve a higher sale price in the future and act accordingly.
