As Tas says, they have used a relatively high, recent, zinc price (so not conservative in this respect).
Also the 10% discount rate seems a bit low taking into account its location in Burkina Faso (and current continuing political issues with Cote D'Ivoire).
Nevertheless, it still looks reasonably attractive (and with high possibility of nearby extensions).
