Travelbug, the 31st is when the agreement between Philips and BioM ceases to binding, ie philips can go it alone or enlist another partner and not use BioM at all. I think the consensus here is that BioM will still be involved though.
FWIW I can't see material progress on POC1 that soon, but don't quote me on that.
All in all I think 31st March will likely be another date that comes and goes without POC1 announcing who they are or anything else material.
Personally I've set the EOFY as the date by which I expect material news, BBI should have completed their work with ADO by then and this should lead to a commercial deal - however this type of work is notorious for delays so I wouldn't be too worried if they occur, just as long as the BBI deal is still looking likely. That said, I don't completely discount the possibility of news regarding the Chinese/POC1/BBI or even a left field announcement well before then, and if it means anything I won't be trying to trade a single share for fear of getting caught out.
